XR-JZS copper tube level rewinding machine is a product developed by XR Hi-Tech for copper tubes finishing and rewinding into coils, which consists of a complete set of processing components, including dewinding, speed correction, wheel feeding, cleaning, straightening, flaw detection (optional), drying, length counting, pre-oval, pre-bending, wiring, rewinding and so on.

It has the characteristics of compact structure, stable running, high rewinding efficiency, lower noise, wide synchronous speed regulation range,continuously variable transmission and so on.
During the machine running, all process units are automatically controlled by the PLC program. If a fault occurs, the system will automatically alarm and stop automatically when there is no tube feeding.
