XR-ZLCX type up-block aluminum tube drawing machine is developed by XR Hi-tech for medium/low-speed aluminum tube drawing equipment. The block is placed upright with a simple and precise structure.
The machine consists of unwinding, straightening, die-seat, drawing block, winding unit, control system and other parts, it is mainly used to produce φ5 ～ φ20 aluminum tube products.
The machine is novel in design and reasonable in structure. The whole machine adopts many new technologies: such as power system with variable frequency speed regulation, continuous block drawing process, PLC programmable control system and so on.
