XR-DLW spinner block drawing machine is the latest aluminum-alloy tube drawing machine independently developed by XR Hi-Tech.
The old type of spinner block's operation station is surrounded by the material baskets circulation track, the working environment is noisy and also dangerous for operators' entry and exit. It's ineffecient to operate only one set of machine by one operator.
The new machine has a novel design: the operating platform is outside the circulating basket track, and the working environment is much quieter and safer. One person can operate two or more machines on the same platform to make labor saving and efficient work.
Digital electrical control bus structure makes the entire machine stable runningat high speed condition, which improves the machine's automation level and production efficiency.
